Niantic, the force behind this initiative, aims to democratize the groundbreaking AR technology pioneered by Pokemon Go, making it accessible to a broad spectrum of developers eager to explore the realm of AR. This collaboration, featuring partnerships with entities like the Science Museum in London and Historic Royal Palaces, is set to forge a new dimension of AR experiences, paving the way for the emergence of a virtual metaverse teeming with AR-based activities.

Niantic’s collaboration extends to include partnerships with Preloaded, a London-based development company, and other renowned studio developers like Nexus Studios, Curiosity, and Designium.
